With a history of success of over 30 years, Musaid Al-Sayyar Group has confidently established its presence as one of the leading businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Since the early beginning, Musaid Al-Sayyar Group has been involved in the real estate business. In addition to owning landmark real estate lands in prime locations in the Central Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Group is actively involved in the development of residential and commercial areas.

Recently the Group entered the franchise world by obtaining a coffee franchise concept from Europe. With this vast experience, the current plans are focused on becoming involved in the food service operation business and with this knowledge in real estate market the Group is very well positioned to identify and obtain prime locations for a possible food franchise brand.

We constantly search for new ways of making the fika break tastier, more fun and more pleasant for everyone.

We Sell Fika.

What is Fika? Fika entails a certain behaviour, a habit, a breathing-space, a pleasure, a reason to meet, an important part of life.

Fika is something precious. Without ka, you might as well die. Everyone enjoys a Fika. But Fika works very differently around the world.

Everyone sells ka. But we look for ways of making ka tastier, more fun and better. That’s our thing.

Many talk about Fika, which helps us. But none of our main competitors do.

Fika is not a Finnish or Norwegian concept. But it could become a part of the culture in Finland and Norway.
In all locations where we open Wayne’s, we teach people what Fika is, and how great, varied and comfortable it can be. Just like when we brought coffee bars to Sweden and taught everyone what Lattes and Baristas were.
